Dominic HoldenA Seattle native, Dominic Holden has worked on marijuana policy reform projects since 1994. He is a past director of the Seattle Hempfest, the nation's largest marijuana policy reform rally. In 2000, he founded the Washington State Affiliate of NORML and currently serves as their director.

Also in 2000, Holden co-founded and chaired the steering committee for the Sensible Seattle Coalition which sponsored Initiative 75. The ballot measure, passed in September 2003, made marijuana possession for adult personal use Seattle's lowest law enforcement priority.

Holden is appointed to the Marijuana Policy Review Panel created by I-75, which monitors the implementation of the initiative and tracks Seattle's marijuana arrests and prosecutions. Holden is also a member of the King County Bar Association's Drug Policy Project Legal Frameworks Committee and the King County Drug Policy Coordinating Group.

Holden volunteers with other groups such as Seattle DanceSafe, Seattle's Gay City Health Project, The November Coalition, WashPIRG and for initiatives, including Washington's successful 1998 medical marijuana ballot measure, I-692.
